Art Market Winners at Artsplosure 2017

Each year, we end our three days of Art for All by awarding six of our Art Market artists with prizes totaling $3,500.

This year, ceramicist Luis Enrique Gutierrez of NICA Ceramic Art was our Best In Show! 2D artist Richard Wilson received our Judges Choice Award. Painter King Godwin of Orange Elephant and jeweler Kathleen Dawtel were awarded Merit Awards and John Fesken and Jason Thomas of Red Rocket both received Honorable Mentions! Congratulations to these artists, and thank you to all of our fantastic juried Art Market artists for making our festival so incredible! We celebrated another great year of Art For All in downtown Raleigh this year, and we’re looking forward to doing it again next May with our Art Market, music, interactive art, and creativity!
